Special Event Descriptions
Munchkin Open Gym –
Every Wednesday from 10am to Noon.
Fun free play in the gym for the 5 and under crowd. Little ones can zoom through our challenging obstacle courses, jump to their hearts content in our bounce house, boogie to energetic music, and play games. The whole gym is your playground. A parent must accompany the child in the gym at all times.
Pricing –
$8 per child/$5 for each additional sibling
Friday Night Out –
Every Friday night from 7pm to 10pm.
Come party at the gym with all your friends! Every Friday night the gym is open and ready for the kids to have a great time while Mom and Dad enjoy some peace and quiet on their own. Jump on the trampoline, dive into the foam pit, chill to the music and hang with your friends – Friday nights are always great at Golden Grip Gymnastics.

Saturday Night Out –
Every Saturday night from 7pm to 11pm.
Just as much fun as Friday Night Out but even better because it lasts an hour longer and the pizza and drinks are included. It’s the place to be for energetic fun and good times.
Pricing –
$20 per child/$15 For each additional sibling
Birthday Party –
Birthdays are a blast at Golden Grip Gymnastics. Your party has the whole gym to itself. Supervised by two or more instructors your guests will jump on the trampoline, fly down the zip-line, dive into the foam pit, and run the obstacle course. All paper goods are provided including invitations, plates, napkins, cups, forks, and tablecloths. All you need to bring are the kids, cake and refreshments. It’s so easy and so fun!
Pricing –
$200 for up to 20 children ($5 for each additional guest). A $100 deposit is required to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of the party.

December 21 – December 31, 2009
Spend your school break at the gym. All our programs include gymnastics, games, art and crafts and a snack.

Summer Camp is Awesome at Golden Grip Gymnastics–
The only thing kids like better than summer vacation is a summer vacation with camp at Golden Grip Gymnastics. That’s because we offer the best camp in town. Our program is non-stop fun in our almost 13,000 sq. ft. gym complete with an in-ground trampoline , foam pit , and all the equipment necessary to have a great time.
Your child will receive instruction in gymnastics or
tumbling each day. Exciting games like “obstacle course challenge” are always on the agenda too.
Every child loves to create and bring home treasures for Mom and Dad. That’s why we have so many arts and crafts projects
going on during summer camp. The crafts are kid friendly and guaranteed to please.
A snack is provided every day during a break in the action but you will need to pack a lunch if your child is staying through meal time.
